General '''Yolaktorin''' of the [[Retjarvik-Sattavarian]] was a dictator who, during the first year of his reign, slaughtered the majority of the [[Chapadio]] race. During this time, he was known as the Butcher of Barakanamor and was voted War Criminal of the Millennium four times in a row. He wore a set of heavy battle armor.   

The Doctor, in his [[Ninth Doctor|ninth incarnation]] or earlier, toppled Yolaktorin's regime and sent him through a rift in time and space.  

After [[Slist Fayflut Marteveerthon Slitheen]] set up her talk show The Slist Show, her make up artist, a Chapadio, suggested bringing the Doctor and Yolaktorin together to bury the hatchet. This was a plot for revenge, as she applied make up to the General which burned him when he was under the lights of the set. The Doctor rushed to Yolaktorin's side, demanded the lights to be killed, and started up the snow machine on set to bury the General and stop his skin from burning.
