When the [[Cybus Cybermen]], made their way into the Doctor's [[universe]] through a crack in the [[Void]], they began a plan to invade our universe and turn the [[Human]] race into Cybermen. [[Mickey Smith]] had follwed them through, he led the way for others such as [[Jake Simmonds]], [[Pete Tyler]] and [[The Preachers]] to follow, and help to defeat the Cybermen. This would later become known as the [[Battle of Canary Wharf]]. Pete later used a transported to save his [[Rose Tyler|daughter]] from being pulled into the Void.
