When "[[The Doctor (Doctormania)|the Doctor]]", who appeared as a guest speaker, was exposed as [[Slist Fayflut Marteveerthon Slitheen]], the Clixians participated in the first [[Grand Raxian Hunt]] in [[decade]]s against Slist and her [[human]] "[[companion]]", [[Rose Tyler]]. During this hunt, operators at the [[Clixian weather station]] were slaughtered by a [[death-squad]] of [[Jinglatheen]], whom [[Gleda Ley-Sooth Marka Jinglatheen]] had sent via the station's [[transmat]].
