			Just had a thought about him flashing as a skeleton, so that the timelords could control him, the master is given 3 regenerations. they bring him back, he flees and puts his essence in the fob watch, regenerates to a child, during sound of drums he regenerates again into harold saxon, "dies" in LOTTL and regenerates into a similar saxonesque form where he is in his final regeneration that is unstable (ie. the deadly assassin)
