'''Vibeka''' was a young social activist living in [[21st century]] [[London]]. In [[2050]], she was arrested for protesting against [[CCPC]] violence and detained by Inspector [[Drake (Liberation)|Drake]]. She was sent to [[Magdalene Academy]], where she noticed the girls in [[Melaina]]'s study group behaving oddly after being given [[cerulium bracelet|bracelets]]. [[Jorjie Turner]] befriended Vibeka at the Academy, and Vibeka warned Jorjie about the bracelets. When Vibeka was given a bracelet and fell under its influence, Jorjie told [[Starkey]]. When he arrived, Vibeka began flirting with him, distracting him from Jorjie. Vibeka was freed when [[K9 Mark 2|K9]] destroyed the bracelets.
