I know it's more likely that a writer would be thinking of Susan when writing such a reference, but there's also [[John and Gillian]] (and ''their'' offscreen parents) to consider. I went back and looked at the sequence in the Zaggit Zagoo Bar in The End of Time, and I noticed two of the aliens from the alien market scene appear in the background. The Pan-Babylonian and another unnamed species with odd circular structures on both sides of its head.
