It seems very unlikely there would be enough time from May 2009 to December 2009 for Donna to find the 'love of her life' and everything else to happen. So I think it's set in 2010. I just thought this might help make a few things clearer, even if it is repeating the above. Luke met the Doctor IN PERSON for the first time in The Wedding of Sarah Jane and met the Doctor IN PERSON for the SECOND TIME in The End of Time. Planet of the Dead and SJA series 3 both take place in 2010, The End of Time CANNOT come before them.
Children of Earth clearly states that it is SEPTEMBER 2009, and Jack left Earth in MARCH 2010, then Planet of the Dead happened, then SJA series 3 happening. All in 2010. The End of Time CANNOT come before Luke met the Doctor in-person for the FIRST TIME in 2010 (The Wedding of Sarah) and before Jack left Earth in 2010.
If you're stupid enough to place The End of Time in 2009, SJA series 4 ends up in 2009, Planet of the Dead ends up in 2009, series 4 Doctor Who ends up in 2008, series 3 Doctor Who ends up in 2007, series 3 Doctor Who ends up in 2006, most of series 1 Doctor Who ends up in 2005, and Rose ends up meeting the Doctor in 2004.
Or you could pull huge stretch and place Torchwood series 2 in January, Febuary, March, April, series 4 Doctor April, May, Planet of the Dead in either late May or early June, SJA series 2 June-July-August, Children of Earth September, SJA series 3 October, November, The End of Time December, all in 2009. Just readin the reference in regards to QE1 and her "supposed" relations with te Doctor, firstly, someone may want to mention that this could be the reason she wanted him dead in "The Shakespeare Code" and secondly, i believe that hte nickname he was referring to, since the way he phrase the sentence to ood sigma, was in fact "good queen elizabeth" not "virgin queen" | Just readin the reference in regards to QE1 and her "supposed" relations with te Doctor, firstly, someone may want to mention that this could be the reason she wanted him dead in "The Shakespeare Code" and secondly, i believe that hte nickname he was referring to, since the way he phrase the sentence to ood sigma, was in fact "good queen elizabeth" not "virgin queen"
