'''Veganite''' was a blue [[mineral]] found on the [[planet]] [[Vega VI]]. It was mined as a power source for [[Project Infinity]]. Only a meager amount was collected before the [[Dalek]]s invaded Vega VI and enslaved the population, stripping the world of the mineral. With a vastly larger amount of Veganite, the Daleks opened a [[dimensional rift]], scanned the various dimensions for the one they wanted, where the Daleks had total control, and even brought a battalion of [[Dalek (Earth Alliance)|Daleks]] from that particular dimension.
