When the Time Lord also warns that the Daleks are using a bio-mechanised Slyther to track something important to the war, the Doctor becomes concerned for the [[Hand of Omega]] device he is hiding. Enlisting the Time Lord’s unwilling aid in tracking down the [[Slyther]], the Doctor borrows a hearse and some clothes from the undertaker looking after the Hand’s casket; he and the Time Lord then lure the Slyther to an electricity substation, where they manage to electrocute the creature.
