:::I think the line break before 12 is intentional: Prior to The Timeless Children, we understood the Doctor to have 12 regenerations, and so the first line represents the "original" Doctor and his 12 regens (minus the meta-crisis). The next line represents the next cycle of regenerations. However, now that we know something new, this might need to be re-examined.
