Is our sole reason for declaring this non-DWU really that it takes place in a universe where Doctor Who is fiction? Because now it's established Doctor Who exists as [[Doctor Who (The Girl Who Loved Doctor Who)|a work of fiction both in]] [[Meta-fiction universe|another universe]] [[The Doctor in popular culture and mythology|and in]] [[N-Space]], I see no further justification for this. Well, other than the fact it's parodic, but we count other spoofs such as the comics in [[The Doctor Who Fun Book]] as DWU.
