:::::::all i said was that Sarah has good memory of the story and gave the definition for River being a Proto-Time Lord as she was genetically engineered, but i pointed out that nowhere does it say that only humans can be genetically engineered to become Proto-Time Lords. therefore Proto-Time Lord does not go hand-in-hand with a human descended, and Human would have to be included in River's infobox as "Proto-Time Lord" itself does not cover the fact that she is part-Human.
