* Why did the Doctor go to the trouble of making the video and all the Easter Egg DVDs, warn Sally about the Angels and tell her that she needed to get the TARDIS to him, but then not tell her how to do that? Why would he take the chance that she would figure it out for herself? There's no reason his trail of thought should have derailed just because her side of the transcript ended.
