He deliberately got Benny drunk to find out why she didn't like Veronica. Benny accused Brax that he was collecting Veronica for the Collection. He then banished Benny for this view. He had installed cameras in Veronica's room and found Benny was in the Collection. Benny realised that Brax was being controlled by Veronica.
