::I just took a look, and it's a parodical interview with a fictional character. They mention Beep "appearing" in DWM kind of as if it was an acting job, but also as if it documented his encounters with the Doctor as truth. [[Doctor Who Magazine (periodical)|''Doctor Who Magazine'' does exist in the DWU]] but it's not really clear (to me) if this interview is set in the DWU ([[T:VS|Rule 4]]).
