::I'm not sure I agree. "The Mordee were having trouble…" isn't phrasing you'd use if 'Mordee' were only the name of the planet ("The Skaro were having trouble" to talk about the [[Dalek]]s? really?), and it also doesn't work with being simply a reference to the "Mordee expedition" where "Mordee" is simply the name of the planet the expedition is aiming for ("The Astra were having trouble…" to describe Astra Nine's predicament? nah).
