::I second finishing up the Dodo discussion first. Provisionally, #1 and #2 do seem too widely-cropped. There's been overreach in cropping out foreheads and chins in the past in pursuit of ever-tighter crops, but that's no reason to swing too far the other way and propose pictures that include the whole neck and even the shoulders.
