I am simply saying that there is ''no evidence'' that the book has ever been in production - and actually there is a lot of evidence, posted in this very thread, that it was simply a hoax/joke. Therefore, as I pointed out, someone who was claiming that the book had been in production would have to satisfy the burden of proof as currently no evidence has been put forward.
