The [[Cyber-Leader]] served as second-in-command to an [[asteroid]] [[colony]] of [[Cyberman|Cybermen]] at the [[end of the universe]]. In an [[Alternate timeline (Supremacy of the Cybermen)|alternate timeline]], [[Rassilon]] discovered the Cybermen's colony after being exiled from [[Gallifrey]] by the [[Twelfth Doctor]], and, inspired by the Cybermen's desire to survive even to the very end of [[N-Space]], discussed with the Cyber-Leader a plan that would allow the Cybermen to conquer Gallifrey and, by extension, all of [[time]] and [[space]]. However, the [[Cyber-Controller (Supremacy of the Cybermen)|Cyber-Controller]], who the Cyber-Leader served under, chose to keep its existence as the Cybermen's ultimate [[commander]] hidden from the [[Time Lord]], and eventually the Cybermen betrayed Rassilon at the zenith of his plans in an attempt to reforge N-Space into the [[Age of the Cyberiad]]. Ultimately, the timeline was reset by the Doctor and Rassilon, erasing Rassilon's encounter with the Cybermen and the Cyber-Leader.
