-The Thal Dome was the home of the thal race on skaro.  It  was used as their base during The Thousand-Year-War. At its centre the thals builted a neutron rocket and with it they planned to win the war with the kaleds .The dome and most of the thals was destroyed by the daleks at order of davros.
