Sure. I used reference book as an example. The reasoning here actually seems to suggest that this isn't the case, but, again, I'm not exactly suspecting that this wiki is 100% consistent over a period of seven years (especially not over rule 1, which I think we can all agree is an absolute mess of a rule).
