What's clear is that "Mr" or "Mister" belongs in the name of the page. Which of those to pick is less clear. The chapter in ''[[The Gallifrey Chronicles (novel)|The Gallifrey Chronicles]]'' where he is exclusively called "Mister" rather than "Mr" feels very deliberate to me, and it's much more substantive than the one- or two-line mentions in the four novels listed in the first bullet point. For this reason I'm leaning towards "Mister Saldaamir" for the page name.
