+:Delton, the same spoiler sources that tell us Rory is going to be shot and then fall into a crack also tell us that he's going to be in episode 13, dressed as a Roman auxiliary in Roman Britain at Stonehenge. Presumably he falls into one of the cracks that leads somewhere else rather than one of the cracks that leads to nothingness.
+:Also, as for the ID badge, the Moff has, multiple times, talked about how lying to the fans to increase suspense is a good tactic. So, it's not impossible that he's lying about the badge.
+:However, I do agree that it's unlikely Rory will be the big bad, and that these connections are a pretty big stretch, and it's even more of a stretch to connect them to Rory.
