Why has everything related to Remembrance been put after The Witch's Familiar? It makes more sense to put it after Revelation, as the end of the Dalek civil war arc, with the Daleks rebuilding into the 'Dalek Empire' Variation seen in Big Finish. I'm not sure the placement of Day of the Daleks after Frontier in Space/Planet of the Daleks is supportable, despite the assertion by ''Dalek: The Astounding[...].'' As this page itself notes, in Day of the Daleks the Daleks do not recognize the Third Doctor. This is hard to reconcile with their familiarity with him in Planet of the Daleks.
