: I don't think this makes sense, since those covers distinctly use a young Hurt's likeness, ''not'' Carley's. This would be like using the cover of ''[[The Demon Song (audio story)|The Demon Song]]'' to represent [[Stephen Noonan]]. Here be my ideal clothes for the War Doctor.
1. A Panama cap. Worn on tropics.
2. Among his double-breast waistcoats be some in different shades of purple including indigo and plum. Many be with tartan symbols including the indigo one with amber ones.
3. Among his scarves be an olive green scrim scarf, a midnight blue herringbone scarf, an emerald-and-lilac ikat scarf, and more.
4. A yinyang pendent.
5. A baldric with a Chinese dao sword. Fits his knowledge of Mercurian kung fu, and a contrast to the War Master's Japanese katana sword.
6. A paisley shirt.
7. A tricorne. Contrasting the War Master's bicorne.
8. A chuwlo cap, the sort made by Andeans. Worn on colder times.
9. A belt with a kukri knife and a laser pistol as well as a nunchuck and a boomerang.
10. A monocle.
11. A quiver with a recurve bow and arrows in Persian style.
12. Bracelets with Tuareg symbols.
