In much the same way that 1-15 as well as war have a seperate slot, should fugitive receieve one before 1? Right now she is just slotted as other, and while other timeless incarnations make sense there, I wonder if fugitive should recieve her own since she has appearead enough in EU (both released and upcoming if the BF box sets ever release) to count as her own distinct incarnation? She's also appeared in multiple slots on these lists so she would certainly make good use of it. | |||
