:Sounds like a good idea. I get what you mean; I came on today intent on starting cutting down those CS links, but again it would only let me open the entirety of the Doctor articles, rather than a section, hence it would not load for me at all, making editing nigh-unbearable. As such, I ended up creating pages for red links instead - least smaller articles work fine for me at present! | |||
:As for the ranking bit. I suppose my main point is that: it is not needed - it gave the same result anyway. It is the kind of thing that works if we were choosing to have ''two'' images, but since the story infobox only needs one, then each ranking system (as happened) results in the first choice being picked on all three anyway, hence isn't needed. It certainly has its use, but from my viewpoint, it seemed to needlessly extend the discussion which, as you say, is already one of many in a back log that really are better to be implemented rather than delayed.
