While meeting [[President]] [[Arthur Winters]], he wore a black coat with a [[crimson]] lined interior. He wore [[The Master's ring|a ring]] on his left ring finger, bearing the [[Lazarus Laboratories]] logo completed with [[circular Gallifreyan]] inside the disks on a green jewel background, while also wearing a wedding ring on his left ring finger.
