You should never find yourself using {{tlx|inuse}} but not a summary, for example. Anything lengthy and potentially controversial ''needs'' a summary. I'm very sorry but if you can't bring yourself to do the summary for a given edit for whatever reason, ''don't do the edit''. It's not productive to expect people to review every edit to check what was done in case you did something that needs reverting.
