(Yeah, bit of a stretch to call Death of the Doctor a Doctor Who story. There wasn't any indication he wasn't going to continue producing SJA and Torchwood (if it wasn't for the demise of Davies' life partner and Sladen they'd have probably lasted a lot longer).)
