This story takes place some time after "Journey's End", right? Didn't we leave the Metacrisis Doctor in Pete's World with the Tenth Doctor's blue suit? The Doctor wears the brown suit in "The Next Doctor", "Planet of the Dead", and "The End of Time" (all the other stories that take place after "Journey's End"). However, in "The Waters of Mars", he wears the blue suit. Given that the last blue suit that we saw was left in a parallel world, where did the one in "The Waters of Mars" come from? *Well, the TARDIS did have a huge wardrobe. I'm pretty sure he could easily get another blue suit. He could also have bought one. *I suppose the TARDIS wardrobe is huge, but that then raises the question of why the Doctor, who has been travelling for the better part of a millennium essentially on his own, could possibly need more than one of a given piece of clothing. | *I suppose the TARDIS wardrobe is huge, but that then raises the question of why the Doctor, who has been travelling for the better part of a millennium essentially on his own, could possibly need more than one of a given piece of clothing. And I doubt he could have bought one; the Doctor doesn't carry money. Thank you for the input, though. I suppose if it's plausible enough for some, it may be plausible yet. **No, but we've seen the psychic paper act like an oyster(?) card for the bus in Planet of the Dead. Maybe it has similar functions like as a credit card. Also, he didn't carry money, but he did have gold, remember in the TV movie. [[User:The Thirteenth Doctor|The Thirteenth Doctor]] 14:10, June 10, 2010 (UTC) |
