It's ''supposed'' to be in the plot summary, because the plot summary is the part actively being worked on to tell people where their effort is best spent. There's also {{tlx|inuse}}, but that's for entire pages receiving big cleanups by one user, so other people shouldn't step on their toes. Not the same thing.
