The existence of Romana's third incarnation was erased by [[Braxiatel]] who changed history to stop her second regeneration, claiming to be averting a future war on her future self’s orders, and had her resign the presidency for [[Livia Caralis (Enemy Lines)|Livia]]. This new timeline was stabilised by [[the Watchmaker]]. ([[AUDIO]]: ''[[Enemy Lines (audio story)|Enemy Lines]]'') Under [[Thirteenth Livia Caralis|Livia]]'s presidency, the Time Lords began the [[Last Great Time War]] against the [[Dalek]]s, ([[AUDIO]]: ''[[Celestial Intervention (audio story)|Celestial Intervention]]'') during which the [[War Council]] resurrected [[Rassilon (Desperate Measures)|Rassilon]] to rule Gallifrey again as [[Lord President Eternal]].
