The Doctor chased the Daleks down, and demanded answers. They explained that they could not fight him in the current series because he is now a [[gay]] [[black person|black man]], and they are afraid of getting "[[cancel culture|cancelled]]" by the "[[woke mob]]"; some of whom would discuss it on [[Twitter]].
