Unless there's actually something in the game that references the events of the yet-to-be-telecast season 5 finale, it's highly doubtful it takes place after The Big Bang. All the advance publicity says it takes place after the events of Victory of the Daleks, so that's what should be indicated, barring any direct reference to suggest otherwise. (I wouldn't know - outside the UK we aren't being allowed to see the game). I think this story takes place right after "Victory of the Daleks" because timeline-wise for the daleks they started building their army from WW2 and by 1963 they had taken over Earth. None of the episodes shown after this would have happened if they took place after the Daleks invaded if that makes sense. Plus, Amy's still wearing the same clothes from "Victory of the Daleks".
