Sorry didin't know about commenting proper practices. But, forgive me for asking? doesn't writing at the top make more sense? I mean if you are asking a question hoping to receive an answer then writing it at the top before the question which do have answers will increase the likelyhood that your question/discontinuity shall be answered/resolved

No. Putting them at the bottom is best. If you simply put them at the top, then you wouldn't be scrolling down and seeing the others.
