Sorry didin't know about commenting proper practices. But, forgive me for asking? doesn't writing at the top make more sense? I mean if you are asking a question hoping to receive an answer then writing it at the top before the question which do have answers will increase the likelyhood that your question/discontinuity shall be answered/resolved | Sorry didin't know about commenting proper practices. No. Putting them at the bottom is best. If you simply put them at the top, then you wouldn't be scrolling down and seeing the others.
