When Donna informs the Doctor and Jenny that the stamps in the tunnals and on building are the date she refers to one of them ending in 17 and that today's date was 24. This is how she got 7 days since the war started but there is no mention as to what date the war started and more importantly 17 was not the lowest number shown it was 12 which at the very least means that the rocket landed 12 days before. Do the Hath really count as a enemy (yes I understand General Cobb) but I don't think the Hath count as enemy beacuse there fighting a war (and if they do why aren't the military humans in there to?)
