:::The question, to me, is what should be on the subpages? How do we divide the history of the mag appropriately? I'd argue for something between TD and G9090. I think it should be done by indicia name of the magazine until it finally and fully becomes Doctor Who Magazine, and then it should be done by year. Like, all the Weekly-s on one page, then all the Monthly-s, then The Official Magazine-s etc. But by the time you hit the 1990s, then it's done 13 at a time. | :::The question, to me, is what should be on the subpages? ::::I like that, broken up by Weekly, Monthly, The Official Doctor Who Magazine and then by year when it hit the common Doctor Who Magazine format.
::::Linking wise, would a template at the top of each page to link back and forth, on top of the back-link to the main sub-page work?
::::On the sub-pages would be all the covers and a short lead explaining what's there, we really don't have a "cover page" that covers each era of the the Magazine. Through its different editors and styles, I think these sub-pages would be a good place for that. Though this sort of idea does slip slightly away from the idea of 'Doctor Who Magazine covers', so maybe have them as sub-pages off of Doctor Who Magazine, so that way the subpage for 2010 would just be Doctor Who Magazine/2010. --Tangerineduel / talk 15:37, February 16, 2011 (UTC) |
