But he still seems more than willing to spend the night in Colin and Linda's company and happily orders a taxi for the three of them. The kiss between Colin and Owen was the first LGBT scene in Torchwood and arguably first major LGBT scene in the Doctor Who franchise. | ||
Owen, AFAIK, shows no other indications of bisexuality during his time on the show, so this one-off scene from the first episode was probably when the writers and actor were still getting to know the character and all the details weren't made out yet (like the fate of [[Ianto Jones]] post-''[[Cyberwoman]]'').
