Jalkis helped to capture the crew of the Seamancer. Unlike the other [[Suroban]]s , Jalkis tried to stop the execution of [[The Doctor]] and [[Martha]] and tried to help them return to [[Earth]] . Jalkis secretly worked with [[The Doctor]] , but [[Kook]] , an angry crew member, made a bargain with [[King Alalal]] . This deal would eventually lead to the battle against Jalkis and the [[Suroban]]s .
