As soon as the Entity possessed the Doctor, Val became adamant that it was in him and not Sky, as Biff dragged the Doctor out to the bus's rear door, she screamed to throw him out showing him no mercy. When the Hostess sacrificed to kill the Entity which was truely possessing Sky she tried to redeem herself by telling the Doctor that she always said it was Sky, however the exchange between then showed that the Doctor knew this was a lie and Val's expression revealed her guilt and shame.
