This wiki states that the doctor's parents are Ulysses and Penolepe Gate (a Human) so I very much doubt she is his mother since this woman is a time lady. Two it can't be rose she's human and in a whole other universe. Three Susie is in post-apocalyptic earth so not her. Four Jenny wasn't on Galifry ever so cant be her. So that leaves | |||
