:Not quite. When the 11th Doctor said that he and River hadn't kissed before, all that that means is that she won't kiss the 11th Docotr or the Tenth Doctor in her future/his past. That doesn't mean that she won't still kiss the Doctor in his personal future, which would include the time where he will give her his screwdriver.
