:Doctor Who Confidential may have said it, but that is not an inuniverse source. An uninverse source is a television story, prose story, etc. Also producers can lie. Remember when they said no Classic monsters were returning? That was a lie. So could this. We need to wait till we are told inuniverse. Thanks.
