It was refered to as "Lord" by Elizabeth Meadows and not anything else. Also, I'm sure the production team wouldn't intend for it to be anything else? What's more, how do we know they're ''not'' the Cybus Cybermen? :So which is it? Called that by the Doctor, or just called "Lord" by Meadows? And why wouldn't the production team intend it to be something else? After all, they've just given us Cybermen that look like Pete's World Cybermen but have been definitively called the Cybermen from this universe by the director in the director's commentary.
