Originally a kind hearted women, Tuana's attitude towards the world changed when the Earth was taken over by the Daleks.

Along with her uncle Krashen, Tuana stole a Dalek time machine and was transported to the 1970s. With the Dalek time machine damaged, Tuana attentions where drawn to the Doctor, the arch enemy of the Daleks and the only person on Earth who could repair the time machine. she and her uncle kidnapped The Doctors assistant Jo Grant in an attempt to trap him.

When the Doctor finally tracked them down, he discovered the time machine was causing a temporal paradox and managed to stop the machine before it did any more harm however Tuana had been interfering with Time and was killed by temporal energy
