<p style="margin-left: 40px">Both her hearts, if she had regenerated and gained the two hearts of a time lord, had been burned out, which prevents regeneration. She specifcally stated this would have killed the doctor, so it is safe to assume it would have killed any time lord, or partial time lord.</p> | |||
