I have independently reviewed the cause of the blocking of your IP address against our [[tardis:no personal attacks|no personal attacks]] policy, and find only a borderline cause for you to have been blocked at all, and absolutely no reason for you to have been blocked for an entire week. On the basis of that, and your apology to the offended party, I'm therefore reducing your sentence to "time served", and releasing your IP back into the wild. I ''would'' say, however, that I can understand [[user:mini-mitch|mini-mitch]]'s frustration with your language, as it did sail fairly close to an offence under the NPA policy. In future, I'd ask that you try to enumerate your frustrations in a discussion. The more specifics you can provide in a heated discussion, the less likely it is for your words to possibly be construed as a personal attack.

For instance, were you to say...  

...then your use of "moronic" can't at all be described as a personal attack. You're giving reasons supporting the use of the word.

That said, obviously you wouldn't want to go into more obscene words. There's no way, for example, you can reasonably make the word "f*cktard" seem reasonable.
