== Synopsis ==

[[Luke Smith]] returns home from [[University of Oxford|University]], bringing with him a highly volatile biological culture which [[Mr Smith]] offers to incinerate (his washing.) On [[Sarah Jane Smith|his mum's]] instructions, Luke updates the [[Alien Files]] with what he knows about [[Wormwood (Bane)|Mrs Wormwood]], the [[Bane Mother]], and the [[Sontaran]]s.

* Luke was enthusiastic about helping with the Alien Files, declaring that they don't get enough [[alien]]s over in Oxford.

* Luke notes that the name given him by Sarah Jane was less of a mouthful than his original designation "the Archetype," and expressed dubiousness about how well that name may have gone down at school. Mr Smith responds that "The" would certainly have been an unusual first name; this could be taken as a sly reference to [[the Doctor]] and any number of other characters in the [[Doctor Who universe|''Doctor Who'' universe]] whose names begin with the definite article.
