Like [[Davros]] or the [[Dalek Emperor]] she was the commander-in-chief of the "Alliance Daleks", and the centre of the computer network. She was psychic; only another pyschic being (such as [[Kalendorf]]) could block her probes. Although she was more inclined to work with aliens than the local "enemy Daleks", she was as dogmatic and driven as they. Anyone who deviated from her ideology and commands was the enemy and to be exterminated.
